Funding Options for Courses
Course fees cover the cost of tuition, lecture notes/manuals, field visit transportation, licensing (security), NZQA Framework hook on fees and unit standard credit and qualification registration fees and apply to full-time and part-time courses.
Fees incorporate both the in-house training costs for full and part time students. Note that not all courses are available through part-time learning. Please enquire with the Campus Enrolment Officer.
Government Assisted Funding
Students are able to access two types of Government funding assistance. Student Loans and Student Allowances. We will help you complete these forms, and can submit your application for you.
Student Loans
As an NZQA registered Private Training establishment with approved and accredited courses, students are eligible for the student Loan scheme.
Student Allowances
A student must be 18 years old to be eligible for a Student Allowance. However there are some exceptions, please enquire with the student Loans and Allowances Liaison Officer at the college.
Manaaki Trust ( Maori Grant )
You may be eligible for additional funding through the Manaaki Trust. Please enquire with the student Liaison Officer at the college.
